In 2021, the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coca-Cola Euro-Pacific Partners (CCEP) to promote equal employment opportunities and ensure protection from sexual harassment and workplace discrimination. Following the agreement, CCEP increased female representation to 11.5% in frontline roles, 29.6% in managerial positions, and 25% in executive management. The company also established internal communication platforms for women and formed an Anti-Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Committee to strengthen workplace protections.
